TERMS OF SERVICE / RULES

-I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason; I do not have to disclose the reason if I so choose
-Please credit me using any of my social media when you share my art
-Do not remove my signature from any art you commission.
-Art is for personal use only, you cannot use my art to make a profit. Using my art to train AI or for NFTs is forbidden.
-You cannot use my art to promote hateful ideals.For payment, I take it full upfront via paypal or venmo.
If you would like your piece to be private (where I do not post it on any social media) there will be a fee of 50% the base price of the commission.Completion can take up to 45 days from time of payment. I will do my best to get the commission to you sooner, but can not guarantee it. Rush fees are +100% of the base price, and will shrink completion time to one week.Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis. If I have finished the sketch I will not refund you the full amount. If I have finished the piece there will be no refund.This TOS was updated on 1/24/25.
